Busy and happy. It’s all going by so quickly and I wish the days could be as slow as they are dark.
Grocery shopping was done in pouring rain and crazy traffic but it was still pleasant to see other housewives in their Christmas clothes and just as spun as me.
A trip to the mall just to get in the way was fun and exciting. A police roadblock that was at least two miles of a busy main artery had us all going down foreign streets–lost, most in a hurry to be where they had to be. I wonder how many of them knew where that was.
The mall was swamped but not mean. There wasn’t much of the bad tempers.
This morning, Olga, My Russian friend from the neighborhood brought over her New Year Greetings and I found another package out front. A good score this year.
